ABOUT HENRY ANGLAS

Considered one of the greatest exponents of realism, surrealism, full color, freehand and Black and Gray tattoo artists around the world, Henry Anglas created his own style, fusing all the tattoo styles he learned during his career. This unique style of tattooing is well known as Mimesis.

BIOGRAPHY

Henry Anglas was born in the city of Junín, Peru, in 1982. When he was 10 years old, Henry was already projecting himself as a great artist. He learnt all the drawing skills and techniques by himself. He developed a strong curiosity for art, although, artistically speaking, Henry was growing very fast.

He finally discovered his passion years later, after finishing his studies in graphic design, when his brother Franko Anglas introduced him into the world of tattooing.

Around the World

His goal is to leave a legacy in the world of tattooing. This is exactly the reason why he decided to travel and live in different cities. During these trips, he learned the art of tattooing with a lot of practice and sacrifice. He finally decided to settle in Buenos Aires, Argentina and live on his passion: tattooing.

Henry has been interviewed by the most famous and prestigious tattoo magazines. He is strongly committed to encouraging the different perspectives of artists. Henry has a clear and strong belief that nothing great comes from a closed mind.
